The tennis club SV Berliner Brauereien e.V. offers six well-maintained outdoor clay courts with floodlights in Volkspark Prenzlauer Berg as well as a tennis wall. The park is located at the intersection of the districts of Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshain, Lichtenberg, and Hohenschönhausen. The club currently has 350 active members.
Courts are exclusively bookable for club members. To play tennis with us, you need to apply for yearly membership or join the waiting list.
For the 2025 season (April to October), a limited number of new members will be admitted. It will remain possible to join the waiting list. Please note that we don’t have any indoor courts.
NEW: Starting from the 2025 season, we are offering two types of memberships: one for ambitious players who want to participate in league matches and training programs, and one for recreational players who only want to play tennis occasionally. Different court reservation rules apply to each category.

General Reservations
- Reservations are possible on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM and on weekends from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
- A reservation corresponds to one hour of playing time.
- Each member can have up to four active reservations at a time. Once one reservation is played, a new one can be made.
- During peak hours (daily from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and weekdays from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM), playtime is limited to one hour at a stretch.
- Daily or weekly restrictions may apply due to league matches, club tournaments, or weather- or maintenance-related conditions.
Playing Times with FUN Members
- The booking rules of the FUN membership category apply without exception.
Reservation Period
- All courts can be reserved up to seven days in advance.
